Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are processed and shipped same day. All orders include tracking information that's emailed as soon as the order is shipped so you can track your package and it's delivery day.

CANCELATIONS / REQUEST TO EDIT ORDER

To cancel an order please email us at suciosak47boyzstore@gmail.com immediately. Once you have received a tracking number your order will be unable to be cancelled as it has been picked and shipped.

To request to edit your order, please contact us via email at suciosak47boyzstore@gmail.com immediately with the request changes. If your order has already been picked and packed, we will not be able to switch items or sizes. So be sure to order the correct sizes, colors, and entered your correct mailing address and contact information.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please allow 1-3 business days (excluding Holidays) for your order to be shipped. Once it has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Our shipping dept. hours are from 9am-4pm PST Mon-Saturday 9am-2pm PST. All orders are shipped from Montclair, California.

ORDER TRACKING
Order tracking information for your order will be emailed to you the day your order is shipped. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen if they tracked as delivered by the shipping service you choose.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Based upon product availability, orders will usually be shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt of your order unless it is a pre order or special request order. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and UPS. Weekends and holidays do not count as we are closed. All shipping and deliveries are done on business days.

Our normal USPS/UPS shipping time is 3-5 business days, other shipping options are available at checkout. You can call 1-800-275-8777 or check www.usps.com to check on shipping time for your area. We ship from Montclair, CA, 91763.

We do not process or ship orders on Sunday or holidays.

US PO Boxes are now accepted as a domestic ship to address only and will be shipped by USPS.

International PO Boxes are not accepted as a ship too.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are not eligible for free shipping but qualify for order discounts by using discount or promo codes. Shipments take 10-21 days for major destinations while deliveries to other destinations may take longer.

Shipping Rates are based on weight and include tracking information. To view rates just add desired product(s) to your shopping cart and then use our "Calculate Tool" in our cart / basket section to see shipping cost.

Customs Duty and Taxes - All custom forms will have invoice cost on them and we will NOT be responsible for additional fees impose by your country. Any duty or tax will be paid for by the buyer/recipient at the time of delivery. Any package that's denied or returned by the carrier will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus actual shipping cost which is often more than what is charged.
